The Library is a soft of vast coffee shop yet one can stay all day and feel good even if one buys nothing at all. It is a place of welcome for everyone rather than for “customers”.    By Angela Abraham.

Library is the best place to read without any disturbance. There are rows of tables and chairs in the centre of library for students to sit… ACT library is  well equipped and has a collection of  18001 volumes of books on 5286 titles.
